A group of Redding students will be spending the 4th of July Independence Day on a COSTA RICA TRAVEL ADVENTURE EVENT that departs Wednesday morning, July 1, from San Francisco to San Jose, Costa Rica, for a two week environmental adventure. They will be experiencing the mountains, beaches, rivers, national parks, and historical cultural splendor of one of the most intriguing countries in the world. Led by Redding Event Leader Jeff Lewis, a Cal Berkeley graduate in Natural Resources, and Chico State MBA.

The students will be developing a documentary film for California schools with the assistance of the Chico State media studio, and with contributions from two CKK alumnae, Melissa Morelli of Cotati, and Haley Haws of Roseville.
